- The product has all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The tags or labels have been removed.
- The item is listed as “non-returnable” (such as undergarments or clearance sale items).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Share your order ID, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our end.
4. Exchanges
You can exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as per our refund process.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
