This Seller Policy outlines the rules, terms, and responsibilities for all vendors and sellers who wish to list, promote, and sell their products on our platform.
By registering as a seller on Bestofcpindia, you agree to abide by the guidelines mentioned below to ensure a transparent, fair, and high-quality marketplace for all users.
1. Seller Registration
To become a seller on Bestofcpindia, you must complete the official registration process and provide valid business details, including GST number, PAN, and bank account information.
Sellers must ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to verify, approve, or reject seller applications at our discretion.
2. Product Listing Guidelines
Sellers are responsible for uploading correct, clear, and detailed product information including titles, images, descriptions, sizes, prices, and stock status.
Misleading, false, or copied product listings are strictly prohibited.
Each listing must comply with Indian e-commerce regulations and Bestofcpindia’s content and quality standards.
Offensive, counterfeit, or illegal products are not allowed and may lead to permanent suspension.
3. Pricing & Commissions
Sellers are free to set their own prices, but they must remain competitive and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Bestofcpindia may charge a small commission or service fee per order, depending on the seller agreement.
Commission rates will be communicated during registration and are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Order Fulfilment
Sellers must process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
All products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Sellers are required to use Bestofcpindia’s approved courier partners for deliveries (if applicable).
Tracking details must be provided promptly to ensure transparency for buyers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Sellers must honor Bestofcpindia’s Return and Refund Policy.
If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, sellers are required to accept returns and issue replacements or refunds as per company guidelines.
Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed after verification of the returned product’s condition.
6. Product Quality & Authenticity
Sellers must ensure all listed products are 100% genuine, new, and of high quality.
Sale of counterfeit, duplicate, or unauthorized branded items is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent delisting or legal action.
7. Communication & Conduct
Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and the Bestofcpindia support team.
Any abusive, misleading, or spam behavior may result in suspension.
All customer communication should take place through official channels only.
8. Payments & Settlements
Payments for completed and delivered orders will be transferred to the seller’s registered bank account after the return period has expired.
Bestofcpindia will deduct applicable commissions, taxes, or service fees before processing the payment.
In case of disputes or chargebacks, payments may be held temporarily until the issue is resolved.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Sellers must ensure that they have full rights to sell the products listed on our platform.
Any copyright infringement, logo misuse, or brand violation will lead to immediate delisting and possible legal consequences.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Bestofcpindia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account if:
The seller repeatedly violates marketplace policies.
There are multiple customer complaints about quality or delivery.
The seller engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.
Before suspension, a warning may be issued, except in cases of serious violations.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes between the seller and Bestofcpindia or between seller and buyer, both parties are encouraged to resolve them amicably through our support system.
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of [your city, e.g., Pune, Maharashtra].
12. Policy Updates
Bestofcpindia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Seller Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Sellers are advised to review it regularly to stay informed about any changes.
